Description
Sunflare, Golden rays of a vibrant setting sun reach across the sea to a wall of boulders lining the foreshore of northern Scarborough on the Redcliffe Peninsula in Queensland, Australia. Scarborough is a picturesque village and is well known for its popular seafood industry. The boat harbour is a hub of activity especially in the weekends where fishing, kayaking, jet ski-ing are popular. This part of Scarborough is not far from the Marina, the Boat Club and Holiday Village. The marina is home to cruise boats, scuba charters and tour operators. Scarborough beach is a popular destination for holiday makers and was named Australia’s Friendliest Beach in 2004. The parks and esplanades provide great bike tracks and walkways and the village has a wonderful selection of restaurants, cafes and shops.
